Classification Requests
Field requests to classify — from inside your org or from external parties.
01
A managed queue for “classify this”
Turn ad-hoc asks into a tracked queue: each request gets a CLR-#### handle and an explicit lifecycle, so nothing gets lost between “someone needs this classified” and a finished determination.
02
Requests that cross the boundary
An importer can send a request straight to their broker; it travels over the connection, lands in the receiver’s triage queue, and both sides keep a mirrored view. The finished classification returns against the original ask.
03
Accept, and the work starts itself
Accepting a request kicks off a real classification run — free-text descriptions become stub products, each item gets its own session, and the agent works each as deep as the known facts allow.
